Emily Study
State House – District 14

Emily Study arrived in Wyoming as a child from the Philippines, became a naturalized U.S. citizen, and completed college as a first-generation graduate. She supported her husband through military deployments and has spent 26 years helping veterans and military families with benefits, claims, and care while raising her own family in Albany County.
She won the Republican nomination for House District 14 on August 18, 2026. Her focus is practical leadership that keeps decisions close to the people who live with the results.
Every high-school graduate should leave ready to support a household. Emily backs on-the-job training and certifications in nursing assistance, commercial driving, welding, construction, and OSHA standards so young people gain credentials and real employment. Stronger career pathways give more Wyoming kids a reason to stay and build their lives here.
After two and a half decades working with veterans, caregivers, and first responders, she knows the daily barriers they face. She will keep pushing for the support that makes a difference in ordinary lives.
Transparent government and careful stewardship of public lands round out her priorities so families can plan with confidence.
Emily Study brings the experience of a military spouse, a long-time veterans advocate, and a parent who chose this place. She will take that record to Cheyenne and keep local control real for District 14.
