What & Who is the Wyoming Business Council?
How does it benefit Laramie, Albany County and Wyoming?
Josh was appointed CEO of the Wyoming Business Council in January 2020. As CEO, Josh provides leadership and strategic direction in all aspects of Wyoming’s economic development agency.
“The business council today is a place where we understand the problem that we have better than ever,” Dorrell told lawmakers. “We understand the resources that we have or don’t have better than ever. We understand that we’ve built a foundation that can be utilized to change the economy.” Part of advancing Wyoming’s economy, Dorrell said, will require policy changes, including reforming the agency’s Business Ready Community grant and loan program which is also going to require more funding.
