Vote Shane Swett for WY House District 13
Vote Shane Swett for WY House District 13 & Join Our Final Meet & Greet!
Dear Fellow Republicans,
I am writing on behalf of the Shane Swett Team to ask for your support in the upcoming election for Wyoming House of Representatives, District 13. Our district represents the heart of Laramie and Albany County, home to hard-working families, small business owners, retirees, and the University of Wyoming.
Shane Swett is a lifelong Laramie resident with a pragmatic, economy-first agenda designed to protect our community from government overreach. If elected, Shane will focus on three core common-sense priorities:
1. Permanent Property Tax Relief: Shane will fight to make property tax relief permanent and automatic, eliminating the burdensome requirement for homeowners to reapply every year. He wants a constitutional cap on property taxes so families and seniors on fixed incomes are never taxed out of the homes they've worked a lifetime to earn.
2. Attainable Housing & Cutting Red Tape: To address Laramie's housing crunch, Shane will work to deregulate local zoning and streamline permitting. We need to get the government out of the way and let the free market build affordable homes so young families and tradesmen can put down roots here.
3. Education & Accountability: Shane will protect core funding to ensure your tax dollars actually reach the classrooms and teachers, rather than getting swallowed by administrative bloat.
4. Citizen Leadership & Transparency: Cheyenne needs more everyday citizens and fewer career politicians. Shane is committed to running an accessible, open-door office that answers directly to the voters of District 13, not special interests. He believes in earning his position through hard work and honesty, which is why his campaign is built on a simple promise: "I don't need your money. I need your trust."
Voting is already underway! You can cast your ballot now during the early voting period, or vote in person on General Election Day, November 3rd.
